NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE       STATE OF MISSISSIPPI     COUNTY OF HINDS          WHEREAS, on February 5, 2025, Tredarius Leonard McPherson, a single person executed a Promissory Note payable to the order of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as beneficiary, as nominee for PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company its successors and assigns .        WHEREAS, the aforesaid Promissory Note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated February 5, 2025, executed by Tredarius Leonard McPherson, a single person and recorded in Book 7318, at Page 6211 - and as Instrument No 1901594 - of the records of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to Allan B Polunsky, Trustee and to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as beneficiary, as nominee for PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company its successors and assigns, as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and   WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
