By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2511-MF-001503 wherein .Regions Bank successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Joshua L. Flinn, Mandra J. Flinn and Old National Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 14, 2026 at 1:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
