MCDONALD AND RECORDED AT FILE # 1061682 IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA; AND ACCORDING TO WHICH THE SAID TRACT A, MEASURING A FRONT OF 78.93 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF LA 315 ( KNOWN AS BAYOU DULARGE ROAD), BY A DEPTH ON ITS NORTH SIDE OF 432.15 FEET, BY A DEPTH ON ITS SOUTH SIDE OF 457.0 FEET WITH A WIDTH ACROSS THE REAR OF 74.92 FEET; SAID TRACT BEING BOUNDED ON THE FRONT OR WEST BY LA 315 ( KNOWN AS BAYOU DULARGE ROAD) ON THE NORTH AND EAST, BY TRACT B, AND ON THE SOUTH BY PROPERTY OF DAVID P. ANGELETTE , OR ASSIGNS: TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY VENDORS HEREIN BY ACT OF SPECIAL WARRENTY DEED IN THE PARISH OF TERREBONNE, STATE OF LOUISIANA DATED APRIL 26, 2007 AND FILED UNDER COB 2028/683 PREVIOUSLY ACQUIRED FROM CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION ON DECEMBER 27, 2006 AND RECORDED IN COB 2015/736; PREVIOUSLY ACQUIRED FROM JEFFREY LYNN DANBY, ET UX THROUGH THAT SHERIFFS DEED AND PREVIOUSLY ACQUIRED BY JEFFREY LYNN DANBY BY ACT OF SALE DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1999;
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $171241.57, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
