ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the Town of Holliston Zoning By-Laws and MGL, c. 40A, the Board will hold public hearings beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026 via remote participation to hear the following petitions:
Dimensional Variance filed by Paul and Kathleen Neville (Applicant/Owner) seeking relief under Section IV-B to construct an addition that would encroach into the minimum side and rear yard setbacks. The locus is 81 Highland Street in the Agricultural-Residential B (AR-2) zoning district.
Dimensional Variance filed by Polyvios Markou (Applicant/Owner) seeking relief under Section I-C (3.2) to construct an addition onto a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling, encroaching further into the minimum side yard setback. The locus is 339 South Street in the Agricultural-Residential A (AR-1) zoning district.
Dimensional Variance filed by 230 Winter Street, LLC (Applicant/Owner) seeking relief under the frontage requirements of Section IV-B for an existing vacant lot with 123 feet of frontage in the Agricultural-Residential B zoning district where 180 feet is required in order to become a building lot. The locus is 230 Winter Street.
Use Variance petition of Mayflower Estates, LLC (Applicant/Owner) seeking relief from Section I-E Definitions: Lot Frontage for lot access from Washington Street at a place where there is not continuous legal frontage per Section IV-B. The locus is 1067 Washington, a newly created lot in the Residential (R-1) zoning district.
