PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   On May 19, 2026, the City Council of the City of Anderson adopted Resolution No. 26-19 a Resolution of Intention to renew South Ridge Terrace Unit 1 Landscaping Maintenance District assessments within a portion of the city limits for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. In accordance with this resolution, a public hearing has been set for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.   There is no change in rate or assessment methodology from the prior year. The proposed assessment for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 remains at $1,000 per benefit unit.   The Engineer's Report is available for public inspection during business hours in the Office of the City Clerk, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.
