The City of El Paso Planning & Inspections Department in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 60.3(a)(b), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information for Flow Path No. 27. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Flow Path No. 27 from the approximately 325 ft upstream of Zaragoza Road to approximately 160 ft downstream of Americas Avenue. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations increase and decrease. The 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
