PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Shakki, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Township, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 102 Sams Road, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 20101, Lots 29 and 30, in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
The applicant will seek Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval to create 9 single family lots and 2 stormwater management lots. Lot area variances are required for the 2 stormwater management lots where .46 and .34 acres are proposed and one acre is required. In addition, variances are required for lot width for proposed lots 30.09 (145 ft.) and 30.11 (Basin lot 122 ft.) where 150 ft. is required, minimum lot frontage for proposed lot 30.11 (122 ft. basin lot) where 125 ft. is required and for lot depth for lot 30.10 (Basin lot 105 ft.) and lot 30.11 (basin lot 165 ft.) where 200 ft. is required.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
