NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 07/11/2025, and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated 6/1/2026 and entered in Case No. 23000829CAMXAX of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR PL PRETIUM TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ELVIN MORALES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, is/are Defendant(s), Santa Rosa County Clerk of Courts, Jason D. English, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 8, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
