REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The School District of the City of York is soliciting proposals for academic interventionists and specialists in reading and math. Proposal criteria can be requested from Dr. Kate Fritz via email at fritzkat@ycs.k12.pa.us or in person between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday from June 12 - July 1, 2026, at the School District of the City of York Administration Building located at 31 N Pershing Ave, York, PA 17401. All proposals must be sealed and delivered by the bidder to the School District of the City of York on or before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, where and when proposals will be publicly opened and reviewed. The School District of the City of York reserves the right to reject any and/or to waive any informality in proposals. Proposals received late or incomplete will not be considered. Proposals may be held in the School District of the City of York for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of proposers prior to awarding the contract.   PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT The SDCY is accepting proposals for academic interventionists & specialists in math and reading.
