LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT to REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for MODERNIZATION ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES for the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is extending an opportunity for Modernization Architectural Services. The proposer’s qualifications should indicate the ability to perform the work required in a timely and sufficient manner. This entire procurement procedure and contract award is subject to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all applicable Federal/State law and/or regulations. HACS reserves the right to suspend this procurement action if it is found not in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations or in the event of any impropriety. The contract and award will be made at the HACS’s discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.
