ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS DOOR COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT HOT MIX PURCHASE ONLY   The Door County Highway Department will receive sealed bids at 1001 S. Duluth Ave., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, until 3:00 pm, July 6, 2026, for the Town of Brussels, LRIP Project #19775, Low Road, and will be publicly opened at Town of Brussels monthly meeting, July 8, 2026, at 6:30 pm, at the Brussels Town Hall, 1366 Junction Road, Brussels, WI for the following item.   1,290 tons of 4LT Hot Mix Asphalt material, for Town of Brussels, Low Road, County C to Misere Road, LRIP Project #19775. Hot Mix Asphalt to be loaded onto County Highway Department trucks for delivery and placement at job site.   The Town of Brussels reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Brussels.   This work is being bid to comply with the State of Wisconsin, Local Road Improvement Program, which is being used to fund portions of this project and request.   Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the door County Highway Department, 1001 S. Duluth Ave., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, and marked “Bids for Low Road, Town of Brussels, LRIP Project #19775”. Copies of same, along with specifications may be obtained from the County Highway Department or from the County website: www.co.door.wi.gov, and go to bids and for sale.
