Sealed bids for the construction of the Potable Water Well No. 4 will be received in the office of Holt Water Works, Inc. until 9:00 AM CST, Local Time on July 23, 2026, at this time bids will be opened and read aloud. The project consists of: Construction of a 500 gpm potable water well and associated water treatment plant building, including related sitework. A pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the Owner at: 9:00 AM CST on July 7, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid informalities, and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in their best interest.
