Notice to Bidders
The Utility Board of the City of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids until 10:00am (local time) on July 7, 2026 at the Office of the City Controller, 100 Lincolnway West, Mishawaka, Indiana, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Utility Board Meeting at City Hall on the 2nd floor in the Board Room for the following:

MWWTP Card Access / Fiber / Data Cabling
A certified check payable to the City of Mishawaka, Indiana by any bidder whose principal place of business is not in Indiana, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company whose place of business is in Indiana, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period.
Each bidder shall be required to complete the Color Proposal Form included with these documents.
The Utility Board of the City of Mishawaka, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding and to make an award in the best interest of the City.
No bid or bid security may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
