vs.
Z&M RESIDENTIAL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; PRO PROPERTIES, LLC; an Arizona limited liability company; MILLENIAL REAL ESTATE, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; DREAM WEAVER SOLUTIONS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, IF DECEASED, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 15th day of April, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of November, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, above-named, as follows:
Amounts awarded in judgment, accruing interest at rate stated in judgment -- $28,234.45; December 2025 to April 2026 assessments -- $8,338.30; Late charges -- $1,250.76; Interest accrued on judgment through April 3, 2026 -- $1,272.10; Supplemental attorney fees and costs pending Court approval -- $5,343.29; Less credits or payments applied -- ($0.00); Total judgment balance as of April 3, 2026 -- $44,438.90.
Interest will continue to accrue at the rate of $8.89 per diem from April 4, 2026, plus monthly late charges commencing May 2026. Additional assessments will accrue May 1, 2026 in an amount not less than $1,667.66, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 40 (Four - D), CRYSTAL POINT CONDOMINIUM PHASE 1 AMENDED, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Document No. 86-269896 and Amended in Document No. 86-479400 and Document No. 90-492539, and re-recorded in Document No. 91-087036, and the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, in Book 302 of Maps, page 15 and Book 341 of Maps, page 38: TOGETHER WITH an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in said Declaration and Plat.
AKA: 1040 East Osborn Road #404, Phoenix, Arizona 85014.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
