Notice is hereby given that the Holbrook Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall, Noel C King Room, 50 N Franklin St, Holbrook, MA.
The applicant is Union Street Realty Trust c/o Mullins Management Company Inc
Location of property: 229 Union Street, Holbrook
The application is for: 55+ Development/Site Plan. Applicant seeks to amend the 2019 special permit for the site by modifying the Retail Village portion of the project along Union Street and relocating the 50+ age-restricted affordable rental units to the retail village as a mixed-use development. Additionally, the Residential Village layout is adjusted to reflect updated wetlands flagging and a new building type to reflect the current market.
