NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING FOR THE WESTSIDE HAINES CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Auditor Selection Committee ("Committee") meeting of the Westside Haines City Community Development District ("District") will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:15 AM at the Offices of Prime Community Management, 375 Avenue A SE, Winter Haven, FL 33880. The Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Westside Haines City Community Development District will hold its regular Board meeting immediately following the conclusion of the Auditor Selection Committee Meeting.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the District's website: https://westsidehainescitycdd.com/ or by contacting the District Manager at 407-841-5524 and providing a telephone and email address during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
