PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 22, 2026, the zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Howell adopted a memorializing resolution granting the application of Omnicon Realty, LLC for amended preliminary and final major site approval for car sales, associated office space, and related improvements at the property identified as Block 175, Lot 35.01, located at 945 Route 33 Business, in the HD-4 Zone and ARE-2 Zone, as a result of a hearing held on May 11, 2026, and that this decision is on file in the office of the Zoning Board Administrator of the Township of Howell.
