Request for Qualifications/Pricing of Energy Service Providers The Board of School Trustees for Greenwood Community Schools (GCS), Greenwood, Indiana seeks a Request for Qualifications/Pricing from energy services providers licensed in the State of Indiana. A qualified provider will be selected for the purpose of implementing energy efficiency projects at any or all buildings and will develop and prepare qualifications/pricing and a subsequent Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract pursuant to the guidelines set forth in Indiana Code IC 36-1-12.5.
