Cotumbus, OH 43201 , et at., Defendants Heirs and Devisees of Louis A Jessing Sr, Deceased, whose last
known address is 1264 Hunter Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43201, but whose current address is unknown, are
hereby notified that a comptaint was fited in the Franktin County Municipat Court, 375 S. High St., Cotumbus,
OH 43215 atteging that Heirs and Devisees of Louis A Jessing Sr, Deceased are the owners of the premises
known as 1264 Hunter Avenue Cotumbus, OH 43201 , parcel number 010-009249-00; that said premises is a
pubtic nuisance; wherefore Ptaintiff demands that the premises tocated at1264 Hunter Avenue Cotumbus,
OH 43201be dectared a pubtic nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest
or titte fait to abate the nuisance, then ptaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointty
and severatty tiabte for the costs to ptaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney
fees, and such further equitabte and other retief as the Court determines Ptaintiff to be entitted.
Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduted for Juty 7,2026, at 9:30 a.m. in
the Franktin county Municipat court, EnvironmentaI Division, courtroom 15A, 375 s. High st., cotumbus, oH
43215.
Defendants are further notified to answer said comptaint within 28 days after the tast day of pubtication.
