The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-13
John Schaefer & Sherri Heasley, owners of property located at 3263 Depot Rd, Erie County Index No. (27) 62-206-54; requesting to decrease the side yard setback from the required 30 ft. to 10.2 ft. for a proposed 23 ft. 6 in. x 54 ft. 4 in. residential addition. Property is zoned Agriculture.
Appeal No. 2026-14
Gregory & Nicole Kujawa, owners of property located at 7092 Stoney Trace Ln., Erie County Index No. (27) 64-211.1-1; requesting to decrease the front yard setback from the required 50 ft. to 19 ½ ft. for a proposed 50 ft. x 40 ft. pole barn. Property is zoned R1 Rural Residential.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
