NOTICE OF MEETING JENKINTOWN BOROUGH   NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Jenkintown will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday July 23, 2026, at the Jenkintown Borough Hall located at 700 Summit Avenue, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania 19046. The hearing will also be live-streamed on the Borough website www.jenkintownboro.com. The public will have the capability of offering public comment in-person at the conclusion of the hearing. This hearing is to consider the application of Timothy and Elvira Lindgren (the “Applicant”) relating to a requested special exception relative to Borough Ordinance 2025-2 and Zoning Code section 181-10, short-term rentals. The subject property is 313 Cottman Street, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania 19046 in the C-1 District.   All affected or interested parties are invited to attend and offer testimony.
