NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF KING OSCAR, INC.   KING OSCAR, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby gives notice that it has been dissolved effective June 30, 2026 pursuant to Section 275 of the Delaware General Corporation Law.   Pursuant to Section 280 of the Delaware General Corporation Law, all persons having a claim against the Corporation are required to present such claim in writing, with sufficient information to identify the claimant and describe the substance of the claim, by mailing it to:   Legal Department 300 N. Continental Blvd., Suite 350 El Segundo, CA 90245   ALL CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 21, 2026. Any claim not received by that date will be permanently barred.
