NOTICE
Riverside Construction Materials has submitted an application to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering (USACE for a Department of Army (DA) permit to perform maintenance dredging to accommodate adequate mooring depths for the docking facility at the Riverside Materials Bristol Port which is located in the Delaware River at 7900 N. Radcliffe Street, Bristol Township, PA. The activity is expected to generate a total of 23,000 cubic yards of dredged material over the life of the permit from within the river in areas immediately adjacent to the mooring facilities. Dredging would occur to -38 feet below mean low water with allowance for 2 feet of over dredge. All dredged material would be disposed of by bottom-dump barge at the Weeks Marine Whites Basin re-handling facility Logan Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
