The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to Interested Persons, Unknown Owners, and Non-Record Claimants, Defendants in the above captioned action, pursuant to the provisions of 735 ILCS 5/2-206, 5/2-207, 5/15-1502 and 5/15- 1503, that the above captioned action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, Illinois, seeking to foreclose a judgment lien covering the following described real estate situated in Mercer County, Illinois, to wit:

Legal description:
That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21 described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the highway on the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 21 at a point which is 22.28 chains North of the South line of said Section, run thence South 22.28 chains, thence Easterly along the South line of said Section 21, 20.02 chains to the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section, thence North on the East line of the West Half of said Southeast Quarter, 24.54 chains to the center of the highway, thence in a Westerly direction 20.44 chains to the place of beginning, containing 46.92 acres
ALSO the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, containing 80.54 acres, all in Township 15 North, Range 1 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, containing in the aggregate 127.46 acres, all in the County of Mercer and State of Illinois
