Public Notice
Sealed bids will be received by the Hillsdale Local School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Asphalt Pavement Project. Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available upon written request from Lesa Deter, Treasurer/CFO at ldeter@hillsdalelocalschools.org. All questions regarding the Contract Documents should be addressed to Lesa Deter, Treasurer/CFO at ldeter@hillsdalelocalschools.org by the deadline in the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope addressed to the Hillsdale Local School District Board of Education, ATTN: Lesa Deter, Treasurer/CFO, 479 Township Road 1902, Jeromesville, Ohio 44840, and plainly marked on the outside "[CONTRACTOR NAME] – HILLSDALE LSD – ASPHALT PAVEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, local time August 4, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read at 479 Township Road 1902, Jeromesville, Ohio 44840.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
