NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING YORK COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS Open Space and Trails Plan, Go York 2050, Economic Action Plan, and Growth Management Plan Map 20   The York County Board of Commissioners invites all citizens of York County to attend a Public Hearing to review and provide comments on proposed amendments to the York County Comprehensive Plan. The amendments include a complete update to the Open Space and Trails Plan and Go York 2050 (transportation plan), a partial update to the Economic Action Plan, and an update of the Growth Management Plan Map 20.
