PUBLIC NOTICE CLINTON TOWNSHIP   PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (SALDO)   Notice is hereby given that the Clinton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Township Municipal Building 1799 White Oak Drive, Forest City, PA 18421, to consider and receive public comment on a proposed amendment to the Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).   The proposed amendment includes revisions to the Township's regulations governing subdivision and land development, including data centers: Section 1. Definitions-Data Center, Accessory Use and On-site Electric Generation Facility; Section 2-Requirements and Prohibitions Applicable to Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses; Dimensional Standards, Road Access, Emergency Access, Landscape Buffer; Fencing, Fences, Lighting, Sensitive Adjacent Uses-Lighting, Cumulative Impact Analysis, Expansion, Intensification, and Change of Use, Voluntary Development Agreements, Equipment Screening, Noise and Vibration, Negative Impacts, Safety, Emergency Management, Energy System/Supply, Air Quality and On-Site Generation, Nuclear, Water Infrastructure, Groundwater Withdrawals, Water Supply-Pre Construction Well Testing, Water Supply-Post Construction Monitoring, Adverse Groundwater Impacts, Environmental and Community Impact, Financial Security, Aesthetics, Decommissioning, Subdivision and Land Development Process, Parking, Payment of Evaluations, Severability, Repealer, Codification, Waivers, Applicability to Pending Applications, Effective Date of Ordinance,   Following the public hearing, the Board of Supervisors may consider adoption of the proposed ordinance at the same meeting or at a subsequent public meeting.   A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Township Municipal Building, 1799 White Oak Drive, Forest City, PA 18421 and on the township website- clintontwpwayne.com.   PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Clinton Township will hold public hearings on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. and Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at the Township Municipal Building, 1799 White Oak Drive, Forst City, PA 18421 to consider a Preliminary Land Development Plan submitted by Linde Corporation   The proposed development is located off of PA Route 247 and off of Flat Rock Road identified as Tax Parcel No 06-2-0230-0006, Deed Book 4106, Page 278 and consists of the proposed development of Two (2) Natural Gas Generation Facilities, One (1) Administration Building and Twenty (20) Data Halls.   The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed Preliminary Land Development Plan before the Planning Commission can consider submission of the Plan to the Board of Supervisors for final review and decision.   A copy of the Preliminary Land Development Plan and related application materials are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Township Municipal Building, 1799 White Oak Drive, Forest City, PA 18421 and on the Township website clintontwpwayne.com   Public Notice   Regular Monthly Meeting Re-Scheduled   The regular August 12, 2026 meeting of the Clinton Township Board of Supervisors has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Township Municipal Building, 1799 White Oak Drive, Forest City, PA 18421.   Clinton Township Board of Supervisors Michele Durmiaki, Secretary
