NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 1 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2509-MF-002653 wherein NewRez LLC was Plaintiff, and Savana Matricardi, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, LVNV Funding LLC and Crown Asset Management, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on August 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Lot 32 in Red Bud Heights, Second Addition, an addition to Monroe County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 79, in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
