PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That David Holmes, petitio-ner for the property loca-ted at 24 Willis Drive, Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 73A, Block A, Lot 26, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Per-mit/Variance of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a single-family residence and is zoned Agricultural. The petitioner seeks to construct a second floor on the existing home, expand the footprint for an entry room, bathroom, and garage.
The petitioner seeks to Ap-peal the Building Commis-sioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated June 22, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the appro-val of this application.
