NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MODIFICATION FROM THE PORTAGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1 & 2 of the County Annex, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point, the Portage County Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to MOD-2026-001 – A request by Koshnick Properties LLC and Kyle Kluck Investments LLC, owners, Tyler Ignatowski, Agent, for a Modification of Sec. 7.4.5 (1)(d) of the Portage County Subdivision Ordinance, which states, “Depth and Width. In general, the depth of a lot should not exceed three times its width as its widest point. Lot width shall be in accordance with the provision of section 7.4.5(a)(a).” The proposed lot has a depth of ~976 feet by 100 feet wide. This would require a modification of 676 feet. These properties are located at 4410 State Highway 66, in the Town of Hull having tax parcel numbers of 020240822-09.05 and 020240822-09.04.
