ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF NILES, MICHIGAN JULY 4TH FIREWORKS DISPLAY Sealed bids will be received by the City of Niles, Michigan in the office of the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the supplying and producing a JULY 4TH FIREWORKS DISPLAY in the City of Niles. The proposal and contract forms as well as the plans and specifications under which the work will be done are on file and may be examined at the Department of Public Works office, City Hall, 333 N. 2nd St., Niles, Michigan 49120, (269) 683-4700, ext. 3050. Copies thereof may be obtained from the Department of Public Works. All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
