NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-070CC of the County Court in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein Panama Cool Heating & Cooling, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Pacifica Panama, LLC is the Defendant, the Bay County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.bay.realforeclose.com Bay County, Florida, at 11:00 am Central Time, on August 27, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
The North half of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, Lillian Carlisle Plat of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter and the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 13 West as per plat on file in the Circuit Court of Bay County, Florida. Less and except any property lying South of the following boundary line: A line of boundary agreement being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the West line of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 13 West, Bay County, Florida with the South right of way line of State Road No. 22; thence North 85 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East along said South line for 1272.65 feet; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 44 seconds East for 352.97 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 85 degrees 57 minutes 55 seconds West for 555.96 feet to a point which is 15.00 feet East of the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 8 and the terminus of said line.
