IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS LOGAN COUNTY   NO. 1957-MC-888     IN THE MATTER OFNORTH BRANCH LAKE  FORK SPECIAL DRAINAGE DISTRICT, COUNTIES OF LOGAN, MACON, AND DEWITT, STATE OF ILLINOIS     NOTICE OF ELECTION   An election will be held in North Branch Lake Fork Special Drainage District, Counties of Logan, Macon, and DeWitt, and State of Illinois (the district), on the 1st day of September, 2026 at the residence of Robert L. Maske, 356 2000th Avenue, Mt. Pulaski, Illinois, within the district, for the purpose of electing a commissioner for the district, and for the purpose of voting on whether the district shall appoint commissioners by election or appointment by the Logan County Board. The polls of the election will open at 2:00 p.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. unless the judges of election shall determine to hold the polls open a longer period to accommodate the voters, but in no event shall the polls remain open later than 6:00 p.m. The person receiving the highest number of votes will be elected for a term expiring on the first Tuesday of September, 2029 or until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
