Planning Board Case No. 2026-07
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of Boston Property Management, 500 Victory Road, Quincy, MA 02171, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review), and 5.1.17 (Parking Waiver). The Applicant proposes the removal of the existing rooming house building and garage and construction of six (6) new three-story townhouse units in two buildings, along with garage and surface parking for a total of twelve (12) parking spaces. The proposal will also include professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 14,000+/- square feet of land and is located at 94 Greenleaf Street. The subject property is located within a Residence C Zoning District and shown on Assessors Map 115, Lot 2.
A copy of the Applicant’s plans may be examined at the Department of Planning and Community Development, Quincy City Hall, 34 Coddington Street, 3rd Floor, Quincy, Monday through Friday during regular working hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or on the Planning Department’s website at: Planning & Community Development (revize.com).
