o Application: Definitive Subdivision as shown on the plans titled "Definitive Subdivision Plan, Charles River Estates, Pleasant St, Natick, MA"
o Project: The project includes the creation of five buildable lots, the construction of a new roadway, and the installation of associated infrastructure
