Summary of Proceedings The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association was held at the NIMECA office, Humboldt, Iowa, on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Some members participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8.
