The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association was held at the NIMECA office, Humboldt, Iowa, on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Some members participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8. Pick/ Langschwager to designate Brad Honold as the authorized representative and Greg Fritz at the alternate for the Basin Electric Annual Meeting.
