Request for Proposals (PA Systems Refresh) The Board of School Trustees for Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC), Bloomington, Indiana seeks proposals from a qualified vendors to submit proposals to replace legacy public address systems with a modern IP-based paging solution. Valcom is the preferred hardware platform. MCCSC intends to maximize reuse of existing speakers and wiring wherever practical while providing a fully supported, scalable solution integrated with the district's Cisco IP telephone system. The proposal must be delivered to MCCSC by July 30th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). Responses received after the stated time will be returned unopened.
