The seats to be filled at this election are Seat #2, Seat #4 and Mayor. Each Candidate must be a resident of the Town for the 12 months preceding the date of filing for candidacy, be qualified as an elector of the State of Florida and the Town of Indialantic and be registered to vote in the manner prescribed by law.
