INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Ala-chua County Sheriff's Office is re-questing bids for Fleet Repair Parts for the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office Fleet Unit for the period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029.
All bids submitted must be in writing on the prescribed sheets and delivered by hand to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, ATTN: Ac-counting and Budget Bureau 2621 SE Hawthorne Road, Gainesville, Florida 32641 or mailed to the Ala-chua County Sheriff's Office, ATTN: Accounting and Budget Bureau, P.O. Box 5489, Gainesville, Florida 32627.
It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to ensure delivery of the bid to the Accounting and Budget Bureau on or before August 6, 2026 AT 2:00 P.M., local time. Only bids re-ceived by this time and date will be considered. All proposals must be enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the face of that envelope "FLEET PARTS BID # B-26-4”.
The Alachua County Sheriff's Office reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities.
