LOT 11 OF LEGACY OAKS, SITUATED IN SECTIONS 48 & 49, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, AND SECTIONS 37 & 38, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA AS SHOWN ON “FINAL PLAT OF LEGACY OAKS, FIRST FILING” PLAT PREPARED BY DANIEL J. POCHE, PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR, 5066, RECORDED ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2016 AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 00907054. LOT 11 BEING A PORTION OF PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY ACQUIRED BY D. R, HORTON, INC.- GULF COAST IN AN ACT OF CASH SALE DATED AUGUST 14, 2015 AND RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT 00879637 ON AUGUST 17, 2015 IN THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH.
WHICH HAS THE ADDRESS OF 11446 LEGACY OAKS LANE, GONZALES, LA 70737.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE DOLLARS AND THIRTY NINE CENTS ($221,179.39) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
