NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Reno will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Reno City Hall, One East First Street, First Floor, on July 29, 2026, commencing at the time indicated.   10:00 a.m. City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a resolution of sale to sell three parcels of land located between Lake Street, East Plaza Street, Evans Avenue, and the railroad tracks (APNs 007-311-21, 007-311-22, 007-311-23) at the City Council confirmed fair market value of $1,350,000. The purpose of the hearing is to consider objections to selling the property to a government entity for a public purpose, without first offering it to the public, as required under Nevada law.   All interested persons are invited to present testimony.
