ADVERTISEMENT TO BID   July 7, 2026   The City of Marshfield is soliciting Bids for the proposed sitework and prefabricated restroom building foundation construction and related improvements at Braem Park Phase 3 Improvements. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, July 29, 2026 online via QUEST CDN only. Bids will be virtually opened and read aloud. All planholders will be provided with login information prior to bid opening via addendum.   PROJECT SCOPE: The project scope includes, but is not limited to: demolition, earthwork, concrete, underground plumbing work, electrical work, landscaping, and site restoration.   BID SUBMITTAL: Bids shall be submitted online via QUEST CDN only. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. All prime contractors shall complete the required pre-qualification forms prior to bid submittal.   BID DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: Bidding Documents will be available from QUEST CDN online bid room (#10245495). Plan download fees are $42. Bid documents will be available for review only by appointment at the City offices (211 E. 2nd Street, Marshfield, WI 54449), or at the Parkitecture + Planning office (901 Deming Way, Ste 201, Madison, WI, 53717).   PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project.
