Proposals will be received until 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 17, 2026, at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m., E.T. at a public meeting in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe, Florida. Proposals must be delivered to the Gulf County Clerk of Court's Office at 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, FL 32456. Proposals may be submitted electronically through the County's online bidding platform by clicking HERE. Electronic bids must be received by the system prior to the bid deadline. The time recorded by the system shall be the official time of receipt. Late submissions will not be accepted.
