Notice of Public Meeting A public meeting shall be held at the Metal Township Municipal Building, located at 17001 Fannettsburg Road East, Fannettsburg, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following ordinance: Ordinance No. ____ of 2026 AN ORDINANCE OF METAL TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE CODE OF METAL TOWNSHIP, CHAPTER 22, THEREOF, ENTITLED “THE METAL TOWNSHIP SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT CONTROLS” Brief Summary: This ordinance adds the following: • Section 22-29.1: Water Impact Studies (requiring a Water Impact Study for proposed land development plans that would have large withdrawals or large water use) • Section 22-29.2: Power Use Impact Studies (requiring a Power Impact Study for proposed land development plans that would have large power use) • Section 22-27(6): Underground Requirement for High Electrical Use Development (requiring buried electrical lines for proposed land development plans that would have large power use) Please note the full text of this Ordinance is available for viewing at the Metal Township Building by contacting Township Secretary Dale L.
