ORDER OF NOTICE
This cause came on be heard upon prayer of the Plaintiff for an Order of Notice by publication upon the Defendants, it appearing that the complaint in said cause contains a prayer regarding the title of the Plaintiff to that real estate described as follows:
“That certain lot of land, with any improvements thereon, situated in the City of East Providence and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as Lot No. 109 (one hundred nine) on that plat entitled “Massasoit Avenue Plat East Providence, R.I., Belonging to Victory Land Company by Edward E. Goff, July, 1919” which plat is recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of East Providence in Plat Book 13 at page 22 and on Plat Card 169.”
And it further appearing that the said Mary Farrelly and her whereabouts are unknown, and the identity and present whereabouts of her heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, devisees and legatees are unknown, and it further appearing that there may be other persons unknown and unascertained claiming or who may claim any right, title, estate, lien or interest in said real estate which is or may become adverse to the Plaintiff’s right, title and interest therein, or which does nor may constitute a cloud upon Plaintiff’s title, it is:
ORDER
That notice of the pendency of the Complaint be given to the Defendants and to all persons unknown or unascertained claiming by, through or under the Defendants, or who may claim any interest in the above-described real estate by publishing a copy of this Notice in the Providence Journal, once a week for two successive weeks, the last to be on or before the 31st day of July 2026, notifying them to appear before the Superior Court for the Court of Providence to answer said Complaint, and to service said answers upon Richard E. Fleury, 33 College Hill Road, Bldg. 20, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886, Plaintiff’s attorney, all on or before the 20th day of August 2026.
If they fail to do so, default will be entered against them, and judgment will be entered for the Plaintiff for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
