NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by Custom Sign Center, c/o Thomas Bradford Jr. and James Brooks, for the property located at 10077 Tollgate Road SW, Etna, Ohio 43062, within the M-1 Light Manufacturing Zoning District, requests a variance to install a sign exceeding the 15-foot maximum. Section 1209.C.4 of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution allows a maximum height of 15 feet in this zoning district.
