NOTICE UPPER MORELAND TOWNSHIP   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UPPER MORELAND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY AUGUST 3, 2026, AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE TOWNSHIP’S TEMPORARY MEETING BUILDING LOCATED AT 509 DAVISVILLE ROAD, WILLOW GROVE, PA, 19090, TO CONSIDER THE CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION OF BUILDING BLOCKS, LLC (“APPLICANT”).   The application involves Tax Parcel No. 59-00-05677-00-6, located at 31-49 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090, which is located in the TC-1 Town Center Zoning District. The property owner of record is 31-49 Easton Road, LLC. The Applicant with the consent of the property owner has submitted for conditional use approval in accordance with Section 350-67 of the Township Zoning Ordinance to redevelop the property for a childcare and educational center use. The application proposes 1.472 acres of said property to be used for the childcare and educational center use, which includes a 500-square-foot outdoor play area.
