INVITATION FOR BIDS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for IFB 26-11 HVAC REPAIRS AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with HVAC repairs and Installation Services for Palm Springs International Airport. Two separate contracts will be awarded for Installation services and repair services as primary and secondary contracts. PREBID CONFERENCE: A Prebid conference will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 09:00 am PST virtually. All bidders are encouraged to attend.
