REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: VETERANS TREATMENT COURT PROGRAM TREATMENT PROVIDER SERVICES. RFP: 27-06 The Third Judicial District Court, Veterans Treatment Court Program, is seeking proposals from qualified providers of substance abuse treatment services. Services include, but are not limited to: counseling, group sessions such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), operating costs, professional services and must be an approved, in-network provider with TRICARE/TRIWEST and all NM Turquoise Care (Medicaid) plans.
