LINCOLN CHARTER SCHOOL INVITATION TO BIDDERS Lincoln Charter School will receive bids to supply and install food safe kitchen equipment on school grounds located at 559 W King Street, York, PA 17401 by qualified bidders. Bids will be received until 4:00 pm on August 17, 2026. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Lincoln Charter Food Safe Equipment” and mailed to 135 N George Street, York, PA 17401 with “Attention to” Sean McNally. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Board of Trustees Meeting at 6:00 pm on August 19, 2026. The work consists of furnishing and installing specific Traulsen Kitchen Equipment. Bidding documents can be obtained by contacting Sean McNally at CGA Law Firm at (717) 848-4900 ext. 183 or smcnally@cgalaw.com. Prevailing wage does not apply. Bids must be accompanied by certified check, treasurer’s check, or bid bond in the amount ten (10%) percent of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of the actual opening of bids. Written bid specifications are binding, and any and all oral explanations are nonbinding.
